Job Description:


To provide administrative support to store directors and group personnel managers


( 3-5 Directors/Managers Per Administrator)


with services including, but not limited to Email and Calendar Management


Route Planning, Travel and accommodation


Managing Holidays and Attendance


Gathering information from stores


Preparing reports


Arranging meetings / grievances / appeals, Preparing correspondences (Offers / Invites) etc.


Desired Profile:


Articulate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written communication


Plans and priorities ones work and time accordingly


Is aware of individual objectives that needs to be accomplished


Seeks information proactively to solve repetitive issues and problems in own area of work


Understands and applies the concepts and terms in MS office tools i.e. MS Word and MS Excel MS Outlook Knowledge
