Work with Associate Manager- HR Operations in administration of Background Verifications Reports
Maintain Tracker for the completeness of Background Verification Reports.
After 21 days of employee’s joining, liaise with Zonal HR/HRPs to track whether Background verifications has been initiated. Update tracker accordingly.
Follow-up with the vendor for the final report (within 45 days of employee’s joining)
Inform Zonal HR/HRP in case of Orange or Red cases or insufficiencies
For Yellow cases – liaise with Zonal HR/HRP for minor discrepancies and take their sign-offs on closing the case
In case Background verification is not completed within 45 days of joining, escalations to be made to Head-HR regarding suitable action to be taken.
Desired Profile:
Graduate with 3-6 months of generalist experience; proficiency in Excel; good communication and analytical skills.
