Job Description:
Analyze customer contract and contract summary sheet and prepare order paperwork to be used by transaction processing group to enter contract details into appropriate order processing systems
Coordinate and communicate the requirement for consolidated billing and special billing instructions
Request creation of contract, credit/rebill and provide information/update to end requestors
Generating invoices, credit memo, enrolling new deals by creating agreements and contracts.
Process all billing requests in accordance with the contract (HW/SW and Services)
Manage Field and end customer expectation
To maintain the quality of the work while working under pressure
Desired Profile:
Good communication skills (oral and written) – Must be able to speak and write English very well
Strong analytical skills and Problem solving skills
Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) skills
Flexibility to shifts is a pre-requisite
Team player/ Ability to work in a team
