Job Description:

The job involves conducting Market Research for a premier FMCG company amongst Target Consumers at given Retail Outlets in a comprehensive and convincing way making sure to follow all the Steps that have been defined in the Process.

The quality of engagement conducted has to be top class and the daily targeted numbers of contacts are to be achieved on a daily basis.

The data/information capture has to be accurate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify Target consumer

Approach pleasantly and Interact engagingly

Give the Brand info in correct form and according to the Steps in the Process

Capture data accurately

Give Daily report to supervisor.

Ensure Regular Attendance

Punctually report on duty

Adherence to Duty timelines

Be on alert during activity time – no sitting around, talking on cell phones, talking to friends

Well Groomed (hair, nails, clean smelling), neat clean presentable appearance

Speak without hesitation and clearly. Ability to maneuver conversations, persuade to part with info and feedback

Meet daily target of no of Contacts

Ensure Quality of Contacts

Represent the Brand well

Desired Profile:

MBAs/ Engineers/ post graduates/NIS Graduates

Fluent English speaking

Excellent communication skills

Presentable appearance – smart, well groomed

Good persuasive / presentation skills
