Appointment of Channel Development Associates for deeper penetration and building a strong sales force

Recruitment, training and activising advisors

Ensure 100% activisation of all advisors month on month.

Ensure all the CDAs recruited have a team of licensed advisors under them

Planning & executing promotional and lead generation activities

Competition tracking and analysis for building competitive edge

Motivating the team(CDA & Advisors) and developing them to their full potential

Desired Profile:

Recruitment, training and activisation of CDA and Advisors

Achieving the set WRP targets

Ensuring a robust product mix

Maintaining the persistency of policies sold

Customer Satisfaction
