Responsible for selling RPO services to the Clients in US
To cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for existing and new accounts.
To prospective clients & creating market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical.
To enhance business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms
To ensure high Client satisfaction by working closely with the staffing team and achieving committed service quality norms
Desired Profile:
Should have strong verbal and written communication
Should have good US demographic knowledge
Should be ready to work in complete night shift
Should have thorough knowledge in MS office packages
Should have very good presentation skills
Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to
strategize & craft solutions to match client needs is essential have at least 1 yrs of experience in managing Business development team.
