Job Description:
The candidates role is a customer-facing role, i.e. the first point of
contact for all enterprises
Customers will require assistance with a wide range of queries, including:T/S
on Windows 2003, 2008, 2008r2, SCCM, SCMON, Win XP, Vista, Win7, Exchange 2007,
IIS, ISA, Share Point. These also include Cluster 2003, Cluster 2008, Hyper V,
WDS, NLB & PKI.
This is a 100% Technical process.

Desired Profile:
Eligibility :
Should be a graduate. (Engineers preferred)
MCP (70/290) (Required), MCSE (Preferred) Certification
Prior experience in Windows Server Support
Basic Network Communication Knowledge
Understanding of Windows 2003 & 2008.
Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Domain Environment.
Should be ok with a 9 months Financial Bond.
Excellent Communication Skills
Flexible with rotational shifts and 24/7 work environment.
