Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience as a HR Generalist.
The ideal candidate must be good in communication both oral and written.
Should have an understanding of day to day operations in the HR functions.
Recruitment experience is an added advantage.
The candidate must be working in an organisation doing similar role as HR Generalist.
Candidates working in placement agencies and consulting companies are not preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate must be an MBA in HR must and should have a flair for people management and must be more proactive than reactive.
Should be able to understand the company’s dynamics.
